Welcome to Pista, a board game companion app operated by VoyagerBug ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using Pista (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

- Auto-Renewal: Paid subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

The App integrates with third-party services such as BoardGameGeek and Board Game Arena. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms.

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Disclaimers
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Board game data from third parties is not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.
10. Limitation of Liability
VoyagerBug shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or applicable law. You may also delete your account through the App settings.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.

We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes via email or through the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
